I only offer full-time care from Monday to Friday. During our first interview (virtual), we can discuss my operating hours and what your needs are for care.
Every family will probably have different drop-off and pick-up times, but once these times are determined, late fees are calculated based on them.
I arrange my family/personal time based on the family’s agreed-upon pick-up times, so many nights I will be out the door not long after the last child's scheduled pick-up time.

Notice of absence or late drop off is needed as soon as you know (call or text please).
Notice of late pick-up needs to be done a minimum of 30 minutes prior (when possible). Please do not contact me at your agreed-upon pickup time (or just after) to say you are going to be late. I may or may not be able to accommodate this so please have an alternate pick-up person available. Late fees still apply.
Open – 8:45 am - Arrival / Free Play Time
8:45 am – 9:00 am - Snack Time
9:00 am - Nap Time
9:00 am – 11:00 am - Activity Time / Outdoor Time / Outings / Free Time - (weather/season dependent)
11:00 am – 11:20 am - Clean-up Time
11:20am – 11:30am - Diaper Change / Washroom
11:30 am – 12:30 pm - Lunch
12:30 pm - Nap Time / Quiet Time
(For All Children 5 and under as per the MOE - NO Exceptions)
Once wake-up - Diaper Change / Washroom
Wake-up - Close - Snack Time/Pick-up/Free Activity Time

Children will be changed or taken to the toilet when needed, but always before and after lunch and quiet time/nap time.
Children who are potty training MUST come to daycare in a Pull-up or Diaper until they receive their Certificate of Achievement for completing Potty Training.
Children must be picked up at the agreed pick-up time. At this point in the day, the children are tired and they are very anxious to go home.
I do not do overtime, but if you are going to be late (accident or snowstorm), I need you to contact me as soon as you know. I cannot guarantee I will be able to stay late due to family commitments, so you should have alternate arrangements for pick-ups on those days when you think you might be late. This is greatly appreciated.
If you contact me prior to pick-up I will provide you with 5 min grace period, but you MUST call me prior to pick-up time.

In the event that there is an accident or bad weather please contact me by phone/text to inform me and I will do my best to help. It is recommended that an alternate pick-up person be available in these events, please inform me as to who it will be by phone/text.
FYI - You are still considered late if you are sitting in your vehicle or on my porch on the phone!
Example: You decide your schedule is 7:45 am – 4:15 pm then this is your schedule for your child. I try to work with parents and their schedules, but once each family makes their schedule then this is what I base my personal family life on and I may not be able to stay later due to commitments/appointments.
Just like you, it is important to my family that I have time each evening to spend with them.

Late fees are still required even if you have contacted me.
Late Fees must be paid on or prior to dropping your child for care on your next scheduled day or your child will not be accepted for care and you are still required to pay for that day(s) they miss.
