7:30 am– 8:45 am - Arrival / Free Play Time
8:45 am – 9:00 am - Snack Time
9:00 am - Nap Time
9:00 am – 11:00 am - Activity Time / Outdoor Time / Outings / Free Time - (weather/season dependent)
11:00 am – 11:20 am - Clean-up Time
11:20am – 11:30am - Diaper Change / Washroom
11:30 am – 12:30 pm - Lunch
12:30 pm - Nap Time / Quiet Time
(For All Children 5 and under as per the MOE - 1 hr min NO Exceptions)
Once wake-up - Diaper Change / Washroom
Wake-up - 4:30 pm- Snack Time/Pick-up/Free Activity Time

Children will be changed or taken to the toilet when needed, but always before and after lunch and quiet time/nap time.
Children who are potty training MUST come to daycare in a Pull-up or Diaper until they receive their Certificate of Achievement for completing Potty Training.
Care Hours
I offer full-time care Monday through Friday, with a firm closing time of 4:30 PM. During our initial interview, we’ll discuss your preferred drop-off and pick-up times.

Emergency Contact Expectations
Each family must provide at least one reliable emergency contact who:
Absences
If your child will be absent, please call or text me as soon as you know so I can plan accordingly. If I have not heard from you by 10 am, I will connect with you to ensure your child is safe.
Late Drop-Offs & Pick-Ups
Late Fee Structure
If you contact me before your scheduled pick-up time,
you’ll receive a 5-minute grace period.
After that:
If no contact is made prior to pick-up, late fees begin at your scheduled time.
Payment Policy
Late fees must be paid on or before your child’s next scheduled day of care.
If unpaid, your child will not be accepted for care, and you’ll still be responsible for payment for missed days.
In the event of an accident or severe weather, please reach out to me via call or text to keep me informed. I will do my best to assist you. If you are able to arrange for someone else to pick up, please provide me with their name and contact information.
Each weather-related delay will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if any late fees will apply. This policy is meant to be used only in emergencies and should not be exploited. Misuse of this policy will lead to immediate termination of care.
